If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to refund shipping costs. All items must be unworn, unused and have tags attached. Please email us at email@example.com to start the return process. We are unable to exchange/return seasonal, swim or personalized items.
If there is a manufacturer flaw or we completed a monogram incorrectly, we will of course exchange/refund the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the issue
