Shipping Policy

All packages will ship standard USPS unless an upgrade is selected at checkout. Since delivery is ultimately up to the carrier services, we aren’t able to guarantee delivery time.  If a package is lost, you will need to file a claim with the carrier, as we are not responsible for packages once they leave our building.

We strive to ship all orders complete. Please place separate orders for preorder and in-stock items unless you are able to wait on in-stock items, as they will ship once the preorder items arrive.
